How to listen to FULL CONTROL and the singles, share the website and request permission to use project material.
Who operates this site
NO LIMITS PHONK is an independent music project created and creatively directed by Ruslan Ukrainskyi, based in Spain. NO LIMITS PHONK is the artist name for the music presented here. The website brings together FULL CONTROL, NEW RHYTHM, STILL IN THE FIGHT, official YouTube videos and editorial material. Contact the project at hello@nolimitsphonk.com or through the Contact page.
Listening to the music
The website offers all nine FULL CONTROL tracks and the full NEW RHYTHM and STILL IN THE FIGHT recordings. Personal listening and normal browser buffering are permitted. Access to playback does not itself grant permission to reuse the music; the Rights page sets out the conditions for individual recordings.
Music-use requests
NEW RHYTHM may be used in creator videos, including ordinarily monetised YouTube videos and Shorts, with artist credit and the release link under the Rights page terms. The official music-library attribution is sufficient where those terms specify. Advertising, sponsorship and other separately licensed projects, as well as archive demos, require written agreement. Listening alone does not grant broader permissions or rights to our video footage and artwork.
Share the page
You are welcome to share links to this website and its pages. Send people to the track or article page so they can hear or read the version presented by the project. Sharing a page link does not include permission to upload copies of its audio, artwork or text elsewhere.
Collaborations and permissions
A collaboration enquiry starts a conversation; it does not create a booking, a sale or a music licence. Any agreed project will set out its scope and relevant permissions separately in writing. For music use, identify the recording, the intended platforms, the duration of use and whether the project includes advertising or other commercial activity.
Changes and applicable rights
The site and its studio material may be updated, replaced or taken offline. These terms describe the use offered through this website and do not remove rights or exceptions that applicable law gives you. If something on the site appears inaccurate or affects your rights, contact the project with the page link and a clear explanation.
Creator selection downloads
The 15-track creator selection provides MP3 downloads for credited videos, including ordinary platform monetisation, under the permission published with the selection. It does not grant unrestricted redistribution of music files or rights to our visuals. Follow that page’s attribution and scope; other recordings retain their own conditions.
