Who operates this site

NO LIMITS PHONK is the independent music project of Ruslan Ukrainskyi, based in Spain. This website presents the project, selected studio recordings and editorial material. Direct contact details are provided on the Contact page.

Listening to studio demos

The recordings labelled as demos are available for personal listening through the website player. They are studio versions, not an announcement of an official release on streaming platforms. Titles, arrangements, mixes and availability may change as the work develops. A full demo in the player is still a demo; its length does not grant reuse rights.

Permission for video creators

We welcome edits and creative videos. Releases explicitly marked Creator-friendly can be used under the separately published creator programme terms. Current studio demos and recordings without that mark need individual written permission, except where law permits the use. Artist credit alone does not grant permission. Ordinary browser buffering for personal listening is permitted.

You are welcome to share links to this website and its pages. Send people to the track or article page so they can hear or read the version presented by the project. Sharing a page link does not include permission to upload copies of its audio, artwork or text elsewhere.

Collaborations and permissions

A collaboration enquiry starts a conversation; it does not create a booking, a sale or a music licence. Any agreed project will set out its scope and relevant permissions separately in writing. For music use, identify the recording, the intended platforms, the duration of use and whether the project includes advertising or other commercial activity.

Changes and applicable rights

The site and its studio material may be updated, replaced or taken offline. These terms describe the use offered through this website and do not remove rights or exceptions that applicable law gives you. If something on the site appears inaccurate or affects your rights, contact the project with the page link and a clear explanation.
