Who is responsible

Ruslan Ukrainskyi, based in Spain, operates NO LIMITS PHONK and is responsible for personal data processed for this website and direct project enquiries. For privacy questions and data-rights requests, email hello@nolimitsphonk.com or use the Contact page. You do not need to use the form or load YouTube to send an email.

Visiting and listening

There is no website registration or checkout. We do not add advertising pixels. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate statistics on visits, page views, referring sites, browser types, countries and page performance. It does not use analytics cookies or track visitors across websites. The native player requests the selected recording — a track from MY MOVE, FULL CONTROL or one of the singles — from the website infrastructure. Using this audio player does not require a YouTube connection. Page and audio requests involve technical information such as IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information. We do not create a personal listening profile or require identification to play a track. Embedded YouTube playback is described below. Your manual language choice is saved in this browser until you clear site data; it is used only to remember your preferred language. During a visit, we also keep the language of the page you are reading in session storage so navigation stays in that language. This temporary context does not overwrite your saved manual choice.

Listening statistics

We count native playback starts, MP3 download button clicks and clicks on our official music-platform links using Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine. These counts include the recording or platform identifier, the selected site language and country at country level. We do not include your IP address, browser user agent, account identifier or full page URL in these event records; we do not set analytics cookies or build a personal listening profile. Download clicks do not prove that a file was saved. These events are not sent when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Cloudflare retains Analytics Engine event data for up to three months.

Why technical information is used

Technical request information is used to deliver the pages and audio, diagnose faults and protect the site from abuse. The basis for this necessary operation and security processing is the legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure website. The project does not use this information for advertising profiles or automated decisions about you.

YouTube, cookies and your choice

Audio, fonts, artwork and video previews are hosted on this website. We do not add advertising or audience-analytics cookies. On dedicated video pages, the YouTube player connects to Google/YouTube when the page opens, without starting playback. On other pages, the player connects only when you press Play. We use youtube-nocookie.com privacy-enhanced mode; it does not mean that Google receives no data. Google receives technical connection information, including your IP address and browser information, and may use cookies or device storage during playback under its own policies. Playback starts only after your action. Leaving the page or starting the native audio player removes the embedded video. This does not erase information already received by Google. You can listen to the native audio without using YouTube. External YouTube links open the service separately.

Player preferences in this tab

The player uses browser session storage to remember the selected recording, position, volume, mute and repeat in this tab. These settings apply to the album tracks and singles and are not sent to an analytics service. Visual effects respect your device’s Reduce Motion preference. Playback does not start automatically after a full reload. You can clear these settings through your browser’s site-data controls.

Hosting and international processing

Cloudflare provides the hosting, network protection and Web Analytics service. It processes technical request information to provide those services and may process information across its international network. Its role and the safeguards applying to that processing depend on the service and the relevant data-protection arrangements. Details are available in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

If you contact the project

A message may include your name, contact details and information about your project. It is used to respond and manage the conversation, based on the legitimate interest in handling incoming enquiries. Where you request steps towards a contract, those steps provide the relevant contractual basis. Contacting the project does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry.

Retention

The site does not maintain a separate application database of individual listening histories. Technical information is handled under the hosting and security service settings for operational and security purposes. Correspondence is kept while an enquiry is being handled and, if a collaboration follows, insofar as needed to carry out the agreement, deal with a claim or meet a legal obligation. Retention periods depend on the type of information, the operational or security need, and any applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the processing and the legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing and request data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Send a request through the contact details provided on the Contact page. You also have the right to complain to a competent supervisory authority, including Spain’s Agencia Española de Protección de Datos at aepd.es.

External links and updates

Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy terms. Merely displaying a link does not load that service. Activating an embedded YouTube player connects to Google/YouTube as described above. This notice will be updated when the site’s actual data flows change, including new contact methods, payments, analytics or media services.

Project email

Messages sent to hello@nolimitsphonk.com are routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to the project owner’s Gmail inbox, where Google processes the correspondence as the email provider. This address is for direct enquiries, not an automatic newsletter subscription.

Contact form and spam protection

The form collects your name, email, topic and message so we can respond. Cloudflare Turnstile is connected when the contact form opens and checks technical signals for automated requests. These can include IP address, browser information and connection characteristics. For short-lived rate counters, the website server derives protected identifiers from the IP and email address; it does not use the counters as a mailing list. Form content is sent through Cloudflare Email Workers to the project owner’s verified Gmail inbox. The website keeps no separate enquiry database. Do not submit passwords, identity documents or payment details. Sending the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Offline listening

The listening room can save favourites, playback progress and selected recordings on your device at your request. Installed app files may be cached to let the interface open offline. You can remove saved recordings in the listening room and clear site data in your browser. These functions do not create a public account or add advertising trackers.
