MUSIC USE / UPDATED 26 SEP 2026
Make a video with our music
Use NEW RHYTHM in your own video, Short or edit with the credit below, including videos you monetise through the platform. No separate request is needed under our Rights page terms. When you select the official track from an in-app music library, its artist and track label is enough for our credit requirement; the platform’s rules still apply. This permission covers the music recording, not our footage, artwork or archive demos.
Advertising, sponsors and separate licences
Brand advertising, sponsored integrations, games, apps and separately commissioned commercial productions need prior written agreement. Ordinary platform monetisation of your own video is already permitted above. Tell us about a brand or licensing project so we can agree any payment or royalty arrangement.
Keep the recording credited to its artist
Do not redistribute the audio as a standalone release, claim it as your own or register it in Content ID. Remixes, sampling, games and apps require separate agreement. Credit does not automatically generate royalties or guarantee a claim-free upload; contact us if a permitted video receives a claim.
