What the creator permission covers
For a recording explicitly marked Creator-friendly, we grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to synchronise that exact recording with your original videos, edits or livestreams on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Twitch. Ordinary platform monetisation of those videos is allowed. You may trim, fade or adjust the level to fit your edit. This permission covers the rights controlled by NO LIMITS PHONK and requires the credit below.
What needs a separate agreement
Paid advertising, sponsored brand campaigns, games, films, apps, remixes, sampling, music compilations and distributing the recording itself need a separate written agreement. Do not register our recording in Content ID or another matching system, claim it as your own, sell it, upload it as a standalone listening video or imply our endorsement. The artist’s name, logo and portrait are not licensed as a brand endorsement.
Release-specific terms
The release page identifies eligible versions and any additional conditions. Save its link and the permission version when publishing. A release-specific written agreement takes precedence for that recording. New policy versions apply to new uses; compliant videos published under a valid earlier permission may stay online under that permission. Material breach of its conditions can end the permission for that use. Uses allowed by law remain unaffected.
Platform claims and help
Permission and automated platform matching are different things. We do not promise that a platform will never generate a claim. If an authorised video receives a claim, send us its URL, the recording/version and the claimant details so we can check the rights and ask the relevant rights manager to resolve it. Do not submit a false dispute or counter-notice.
