Music-use permissions for NEW RHYTHM and our 15-track creator selection: free credited videos, platform monetisation and separate licensing.
15 free tracks for creator videos
From 6 October 2026, the selection on “15 phonk tracks for videos — listen and download free” has its own free, non-exclusive permission for credited creator videos, including ordinary platform monetisation. MP3 downloads, the exact 15 recordings, attribution and full conditions are on that page. No separate request is needed for the uses it permits. This does not extend to every song on the site. The NEW RHYTHM permission below remains separate.
NEW RHYTHM in your videos
You may use the official NEW RHYTHM recording by NO LIMITS PHONK (ISRC QT6692670145) in your own creative videos, including YouTube videos, Shorts and edits, with the credit described below. Ordinary platform monetisation by the video creator is allowed; no separate request is needed for these uses. This non-exclusive permission covers this recording only and does not transfer ownership. FULL CONTROL, STILL IN THE FIGHT, archive demos and future releases are not included. Effective 22 September 2026.
Credit or the official in-app music entry
When adding the audio yourself, put “Music: NO LIMITS PHONK — NEW RHYTHM” and https://nolimitsphonk.com/releases/new-rhythm/ in the description or another clearly visible credit field. When the official track is available and selected through a platform music library, such as Instagram/Reels, its attached artist and track label is sufficient for our credit requirement; the platform’s own licence and account restrictions still apply. Do not present the recording as your own music. Trimming and level adjustments to fit your video are allowed; remixes and sampling require separate permission.
Advertising, sponsors and other licensed projects
Contact us before using the music in advertising, paid brand campaigns, sponsored integrations, games, apps or a separately commissioned commercial production. This is distinct from ordinary platform monetisation of your own videos, which is permitted above. We agree any fee, revenue share and other conditions in writing for the particular project.
Scope and other materials
This permission covers music incorporated into your own creative video. It does not cover distributing the audio as a standalone track, selling it, submitting it to a distributor or registering it in Content ID or another matching service. Games, apps, remixes and sampling require individual agreement. Our official video footage, artwork and archive demos have separate permissions. We grant only rights the project controls; any necessary additional rights must also be cleared. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.

Credits identify the release and contributors; identifiers are not a certificate of copyright registration. Some project graphics use AI tools; the Onest font uses the SIL Open Font License.
Listening copies and platform claims
The website player is for listening. A reusable copy may be obtained from the project for a permitted use; files are not offered for unrestricted redistribution. Credit does not automatically generate royalties or guarantee a claim-free upload. Platform matching or rights-holder monetisation may still apply, so this permission does not guarantee that you retain all video revenue. If a permitted video receives a claim, send its link, the recording used, your credit and the claimant details so we can review it. Separate licensing fees and royalty arrangements are agreed in writing.
